Eyvind Sandvik

Partner. Sandvik assists clients primarily with matters relating to tax law, including ordinary corporation tax, international tax law, VAT and transactions. He has worked in the field of Norwegian and international tax law for more than 15 years. Much of his work involves advising on transaction law and restructuring, as well as on the choice of transaction structure, financing and earn-out models. He has a broad network of international lawyers and tax advisors, and regularly assists Norwegian enterprises wishing to expand into other countries, either through the establishment of new operations or transactions. He has extensive tax advisory experience relating to the establishment of executive incentive schemes, reinvestments and buy-out transactions. In addition to tax matters, he is often asked to advise on tax and accounting law questions relating to transactions and restructuring processes.
