Partner. Sture has nearly 40 years’ experience of employment law and advises on all aspects of the employment law field. He has particular expertise in the area of collective employment law and assists companies on matters relating to the establishment and interpretation of collective agreements and related disputes. He has long and wide-ranging experience of representing clients in the ordinary courts of law and the Labour Court of Norway in connection with the entire range of employment law matters. Sture primarily assists industrial, financial, aviation and media companies with major reorganisation and downsizing processes, where he has considerable experience of non-compete clauses.
