Senior Counsel at Lenz & Staehelin, Stefan Breitenstein joined the firm in 1989, became a partner in 1994 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2023. He advises on private clients, banking & finance, investment funds, corporate/M&A, insolvency and commercial contracts and has served as Co-Chair of the IBA Sub Committee on Banking Regulation and Secretary General of the Swiss Society of International Law (1998–2022).
