Anette Fjeld is a partner specialising in litigation and dispute resolution with particular expertise in insurance, tort law and tax (including VAT and excise). She has more than ten years' experience as a lawyer at Gjensidige Forsikring and Deloitte—where she headed tax and VAT litigation—has served six years as an acting judge, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway in 2019; she has litigated before district courts, courts of appeal, the Supreme Court and the EFTA Court.
