Laurent Lehner advises and represents starts-ups, SMEs as well as Swiss and International corporations on employment law, immigration and social security matters. As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), he has extensive experience advising them on all employment law matters (employment agreements, staff regulations, participations or bonus plans, non-competition clauses, termination agreements, secondments, etc.). Furthermore, he advises clients on restructurings (such as business transfers and collective dismissals) as well as on executing complex internal investigations.
