Henrik Fabian Torgrimsby

Partner Henrik works in our Renewable Energy and Infrastructure department and primarily focuses on the contractual side of larger energy and infrastructure projects as well as complex supply agreements in Norway and internationally. He regularly assists in contract negotiations, ongoing project follow-up, and, if necessary, in disputes that may arise. Henrik has led numerous international negotiations. Henrik has extensive experience with insurance matters – including project insurances and directors' liability insurances, among others. Henrik is part of Thommessen's sustainability law group and is closely involved with the sustainability regulations relevant to suppliers in energy and infrastructure projects.
