From 2003, she is a partner of the law firm Nctm, studio legale associato (tax department), dealing primarily with tax advice for multinational groups, financial intermediaries and private equity funds. She has extensive experience in the following areas: (i) tax advice in acquisition and post-acquisition reorganizations (e.g. Chequers Capital acquiring the Bozzetto Group in 2017; LBO France acquiring FineSounds Group in 2014; Clessidra S.G.R. acquiring Bitolea in 2012) (iii) merger transactions (iii) management incentives; (iv) transfer pricing; (v) IAS/IFRS adoption. She is statutory auditor of FinecoBank Spa - listed on the MTA equity market - since 2012 and member of statutory auditors of industrial and financial companies since 2000.
