Piermauro Carabellese
Equity Partner. Piermauro Carabellese specializes in in tax structuring of M&A, acquisition finance, structured finance, as well as corporate restructuring transaction. Mr Carabellese has supervised numerous acquisitions on behalf of strategic investors and private equity funds and the drafting of the tax section of IPO prospectuses. He was formerly a partner in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1990 to 2002, and became the Managing Partner of the Italian tax practice. He has been chairman of the International and European Union tax Commission of the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is member of the Board at Nctm.
