He assists Italian and international Real Estate companies and investment funds and Real Estate developers, national and multinational in the acquisition of areas and in the negotiation of the relevant agreements, drawing up and negotiation of construction agreements, sale and purchase agreements, forward lease agreements and, more in general, on civil and commercial law.
