Luca Toffoletti
Equity Partner. Luca Toffoletti specializes in antitrust and competition Law and Litigation. He regularly assists L’Oréal S.p.A., Telecom Italia and Kone S.p.A (among his other clients). Mr Toffoletti started his University Career as Research Fellow at the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2000 and then at the Università di Castellanza (LIUC) as a Contract Professor of Commercial Law (2000/2001), Industrial Law (2001/2003), Economic Analysis of Law (2002/2003), Competition Law and Economics (2002/2009). He currently teaches Competition and Economics Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, and he is a Research Fellow at the Università degli Studi di Milano, where he teaches Competition Law & Economics. · ADVANT Nctm
