
Morten Goller
Partner Morten Goller works with dispute resolution, including litigation and negotiations, in public procurement, competition law, contract law and constructions, and tax law. He also advises Norwegian and foreign clients on state aid and competition law and has particular expertise on public procurement. Goller has previously worked for the Attorney General (Civil Affairs) and is a member of the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
