
Stephan L Jervell
Partner Stephan L. Jervell works with litigation, dispute resolution and negotiations, and public law framework conditions for trade and industry, including EU/EEA law. His expertise also includes administrative law, competition law, state aid and procurement law, and contract law. Jervell is admitted to the Supreme Court and litigates regularly before Norwegian courts. He has litigated before the EFTA Court and carried out several hearings before the EU Commission.
