Olav Fr Perland

Partner Olav Fr. Perland works mainly with dispute resolution and providing advisory services in company, securities and contract law. He has particular experience with liability cases, including directors’ liability, professional liability and liability for misrepresentation. Perland is the head of and a lecturer in the subjects "Company Law 2 – Transactions, Stock Exchange and Securities Law" in the master study of business and economics and "Securities Law" in the bachelor study of finance, both at BI Norwegian Business School.
