Jan Missoul is a Partner and attorney-at-law in AKD's Brussels Banking & Finance practice. He specialises in project finance—particularly renewables (onshore and offshore wind, solar, biomass)—as well as infrastructure (PPP), leveraged finance, real estate and structured finance and debt capital markets; he advises both borrowers and lenders (including private equity firms, project sponsors, developers and national and international financial institutions), has experience with Euroclear-related matters and securities law, and prior to joining AKD worked for almost 12 years at another major Dutch law firm advising on wind projects.
