Nicolas Bonora is a partner in AKD’s Luxembourg office and a key member of the firm’s Banking & Finance team, specialising in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and fund finance. He has over 15 years' experience in Luxembourg finance matters, has acted for banks, asset managers, private equity sponsors and alternative credit providers on cross-border and domestic financings, was seconded for a year to the New York office of another prominent Benelux law firm and has authored articles on cross-border lending, insolvency and financial collateral arrangements.
