Partner in AKD’s Corporate & M&A department in the Netherlands who advises listed and unlisted foreign multinationals on strategic investments and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions; joined AKD after graduating from Utrecht University in 2008 and was appointed partner in 2018. In November 2024 the Executive Board of the Union Internationale des Avocats approved her appointment as President of the Management of Law Firms Commission for a two-year term.
