Julian Versmissen is an attorney-at-law and partner at AKD who specialises in (international) real estate transactions and civil law matters relating to commercial and residential real estate. He advises on investment transactions, offices, retail premises and distribution centres, turnkey development and property transformation projects, sale & leaseback arrangements, asset management and sales and building contracts, and handles lease and construction proceedings; his clients include developers, (international) investors, construction companies and government bodies, and he was co-author of a chapter in Rechtshandbuch Immobilien-Investitionen (Verlag C.H. Beck).
