Partner in AKD's Tax practice since 1 January 2016 and a member of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Management Participations knowledge groups. He specialises in tax advice to national and international companies with a focus on international restructuring, M&A, taxable income from substantial interests and employee/management participations; he has lectured at Erasmus University Rotterdam since 2002 and at Nyenrode Business University since 2018 and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
