Ivo Vreman is a partner at AKD who specialises in the international aspects of Dutch taxation, advising on international restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, due diligence, intercompany transactions and transfer pricing. He also assists clients with tax compliance (CIT, dividend tax, DAC6), advises clients from Asia, North America and Europe across private equity, chemical, high‑tech, entertainment and cosmetics sectors, and is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
