Ulla von Weissenberg

Partner Ulla von Weissenberg is the head of Procopé & Hornborg’s Shipping & Logistics practice area, using her extensive knowledge of maritime and transport law to advise customers on a wide range of legal issues. Ulla advises clients on all aspects of international maritime, transport and aviation law as well as on a wide range of issues relating to international trade – including extensive trade compliance and sanctions advice. She also has broad experience in extensive logistics contracts as well as handling various demanding insurance matters, connected to maritime and transport issues as well as “non-marine” matters alike. In addition, Ulla has also strong expertise within the field of shipbuilding and ship purchases, and related disputes. Ulla is known for her litigation skills, and she is regularly involved in complex cross-border disputes both in various arbitration proceedings as well as before local courts that require both extensive legal knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills.
