Lisette Bieleveld
Lisette is head of Van Doorne’s Commercial team. She advises and litigates on behalf of domestic and international companies and organisations with regard to all commercial contracts, such as (international) agency, franchise and distribution contracts, (international) sale/purchase agreements (including general conditions, sourcing and framework agreements), services agreements, co-operation agreements and confidentiality agreements. She has specific expertise in commercial litigation (both before Dutch Courts as well as in (international) arbitration), consumer law, liability law and related matters of an international private law nature. She also advises and litigates in the areas of e-commerce and IT, including outsourcing, software and hardware sales and supply of software licensing and on failed IT projects.
