
Anneloes van Uhm
Anneloes works in the Finance team. She advises lenders and borrowers in cross-border and domestic financing transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance and corporate lending. She also advises clients on (financial) restructurings and matters of insolvency law. Anneloes has become partner as per 1 January 2025. Anneloes previously worked for the State Advocate in tax matters. Her work involved, for example, tax collection law and attachment and enforcement law, and she litigated on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Administration in the area of collecting tax debts. In 2018 Anneloes completed the post-graduate Grotius specialists’ course Financing & Security cum laude. She studied at Utrecht University, where she graduated cum laude in 2011. · Van Doorne
