
Emil Andersson
Harvard Law School alumnus Emil Andersson works as an arbitrator and litigator specialising in national and international commercial disputes. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Bar Association. In recent years, Emil’s practice has focused on disputes involving construction, IP and tech, insurance, and non-contractual damages. Emil has extensive experience as an arbitrator under the SCC rules and in ad hoc arbitrations, as well as representing clients in complex civil cases.
