Dahae Roland is a partner in Delphi’s practice group Tech & IP and also leads the firm’s specialist group for gaming and esports. Dahae primarily advises on commercial transactions involving various tech solutions – ranging from the procurement and sale of hardware and software to IT consultancy services, SaaS agreements, and digitalisation projects. She also assists clients with outsourcing and business-critical IT deliveries. In the gaming industry, Dahae represents developers, publishers, and investors in matters related to publishing and development agreements, licensing, and distribution.
