Elisabeth Werner’s main area of practice is issues concerning environmental law and real estate. As an attorney she assist Swedish as well as International medium-sized and large companies. She has vast experience from permit proceedings in municipalities, county administrative boards and courts concerning environmentally hazardous businesses i.a. wind turbines, water enterprises, various pit and quarry operations. She has also vast experience regarding sale and acquisition of real estate. Real estate acquisitions are often subject to environmental matters, and sometimes the emphasis of the transaction is environmental. Furthermore, Elisabeth assist clients in matters concerning liability for contaminated land in which area I have successfully won a precedent-setting matter. She has also worked a great deal in the areas of lease and other usufruct.
