
Henrik Peytz
Henrik Peytz (1959) is a partner with Nielsen Nørager and has more than 30 years of experience in Danish and EU competition law and general EU matters. He and his team assist Danish and international clients in all kinds of competition matters (such as merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and state aid) and are involved in some of the largest Danish court cases in this area. The team further advises on matters involving public regulation (such as public procurement, regulation of the media, telecommunications, taxes and duties). Henrik Peytz holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD (1991).
