Marijn De Ruysscher

Marijn De Ruysscher is a member of Lydian's Commercial and Dispute Resolution practices and of our Insurance & Reinsurance industry department. Marijn has a broad experience in commercial dispute resolution via litigation and arbitration in different areas such as liability law, commercial contracts and distribution law. Marijn has a special experience in complex questions relating to prescription law. Marijn is a co-author of a commentary on the Belgian Arbitration Act, which was published in 2019 and updated in 2024. He is also regularly appointed as arbitrator. Marijn was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2008 and is amongst others a member of CEPANI and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). He is for the period 2023-2025 Board Member (Treasurer) of the ICAL Alumni Association (Stockholm). · Lydian
