Partner and head of M&A and Corporate and partner and head of European Law at La Gro in the Netherlands. He has been an attorney at La Gro since 2007, co‑managed the firm as managing partner from 2019–2021, leads the Corporate & M&A and European Law (Procurement, Competition, State Aid) teams, and advises on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes and governance; he is a member of the Procurement Law Association and the Competition Law Association and serves on the board of the Trade and Industry Council in Bodegraven.
