Michelle de Rijke is Partner and head Energy law, partner Public law at La Gro in the Netherlands, active in the energy sector since the start of market liberalization in 1998 with a focus on the energy transition and regulatory, permitting and contractual aspects of renewable projects and infrastructure. She regularly handles administrative and civil proceedings and holds roles including deputy judge at the District Court of Rotterdam (administrative law) and editor-in-chief of the Dutch Journal of Energy Law.
