Knud Wallberg is an Attorney at Law (L) and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Zacco in Denmark with more than 25 years' experience in intellectual property, including service as former head of the Trademark and Design Department of the Danish PTO. He has served as a WIPO UDRP panellist since 2000, an expert member of the .dk Complaints Board for Domain Names since 2003 and an Expert Member of the Danish Appeal Board for Patents and Trademarks since 2013; he also lectures on IP law at the University of Copenhagen and the Dansk Institut for Immaterialretsuddannelse (DIFI) and has authored numerous publications.
