Katalin Szamosi is President and managing partner of SBGK in Hungary with 40 years' experience, specialising in intellectual property, technology transfer, contentious patents, trademarks, industrial design and copyright, domain dispute arbitration, mediation, consumer protection and antitrust, and representing clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union. She serves on national and international IP organisations and has been a member of the Permanent Arbitration Court attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since February 1, 2018.
