Floor Damen is a partner in Lexence’s employment practice advising companies and organisations on collective and individual dismissals, transfers of undertakings and employee co-determination, with a focus on collective reorganisations and negotiating social plans. He has been with Lexence since 2006, is a member of the management board since 2022, publishes regularly on reorganisations and co-determination, and is a visiting lecturer in the combined master’s programme in employment law of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and University of Amsterdam (and lectures at Rotterdam School of Management).
