Hester de Vries is a Partner in the Privacy Group at Kennedy Van der Laan in the Netherlands, advising Dutch and international companies as well as government agencies on data protection, privacy and technology law. She also supports privacy compliance implementation, assists with investigations and enforcement by Dutch supervisory authorities (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens and ACM), and is active as a senior lecturer, author/editor and university lecturer.
