Alfred Meijboom is a Partner at Kennedy Van der Laan and one of the firm's founders; he advises and litigates across the full spectrum of intellectual property and is especially known for online trademark law, licensing, domain name issues, IT, and sports marketing and sponsoring in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He is a qualified arbitrator at SGOA, the Court of Arbitration for Art and WIPO, serves as a domain name panelist at WIPO and the Czech Court of Arbitration, and is co-chair of the IBA's Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee.
