Reinoud Westerdijk is a Partner in the Information Technology Group at Kennedy Van der Laan who advises and litigates on international IT contracts, e-commerce, consumer protection, privacy and public procurement law, with a focus on commercial transactions such as software licenses, outsourcing and delivery of infrastructure and hardware. He represents both suppliers/service providers and customers, serves as European Program Chair and board member of ITechLaw, chairs EuroITcounsel, is chief editor of Tijdschrift voor Internetrecht, is a guest lecturer at TILT, and holds a Ph.D. on product liability for software and information.
