Partner at Wijn & Stael Advocaten N.V., Floor Eikelboom joined the firm in November 2025 and advises and represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including shareholder conflicts, directors' and officers' liability and professional liability disputes, as well as corporate and commercial disputes, post‑M&A litigation, and matters involving corporate governance and inquiry proceedings. He holds a PhD from the University of Groningen and serves as a lecturer at the Grotius Academy.
