Giorgio Mondini is Managing Partner at Mondini Bonora Ginevra Studio Legale and an experienced intellectual property lawyer specialising in copyright, trademarks, design, media and TMT, with additional practice in competition law, litigation and arbitration. He regularly represents clients before Italian courts (including the Court of Cassation) and the European Court of Justice, acts as counsel and arbitrator, teaches on a Master's in Intellectual Property Law, leads the Italian Copyright Group of AIPPI and has been recognised by Chambers Europe (Senior Statespeople) and Legal 500 (Hall of Fame).
