Giorgio Rusconi is a Partner at Mondini Bonora Ginevra Studio Legale specialising in food law, advising Italian and foreign clients on matters from production to marketing, contractual issues and food-safety crisis management, and representing clients in civil, administrative and criminal food-related proceedings. He is Professor of International Food Law at the University of Parma, a founder of the Food Lawyers’ Network and Just Legal Services, has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2000 and was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court in 2014.
