Kjetil Hardeng

Partner Kjetil Hardeng is head of Haavind’s M&A practice team and his cross-border experience is among the most extensive of any M&A practitioner in Norway. He has assisted in major acquisitions and joint ventures in the U.S., Asia and Africa, as well as in public-to-private transactions.
