
Hanne Heltne
Partner Hanne Heltne is specialized in technology and intellectual property rights, with extensive experience and significant expertise in this area. She assists with everything from negotiating agreements, securing rights, and providing support in rights disputes and M&A, and brings business competence from several sectors. Heltne has broad experience in technology development projects, complex rights agreements, licensing agreements and collaboration agreements, IT contracts, AI, innovation, marketing law, as well as enforcement and commercialization of rights. She has particularly strong experience in the sectors of life sciences, energy, industry, consumer technology, oil services, fisheries and aquaculture, retail, and software.
