Sarah-Ann Kvam Holte

Sarah-Ann specialises in contract law, focusing on supply- and EPC contracts within the energy, offshore, oil & gas, infrastructure and aquaculture projects. Sarah-Ann has extensive experience drafting and performing risk assessments of contracts, particularly within the offshore supply industry in Norway and abroad, and also within large onshore construction projects. She works with private and public clients in entering into and executing contracts within large construction and modification projects. Through her experience, she has gained broad expertise in identifying, assessing and reducing risks for Haavind’s clients. In addition to advising on contracts and project execution, Sarah-Ann regularly acts in dispute resolution processes concerning contractual matters. She also has experience in M&A work within the areas as mentioned above. Sarah-Ann further has experience as in-house legal counsel for the offshore supply industry through a secondment to a large supplier to the industry.
