Mari specialises in renewable energy, contract law/construction law and litigation, and has ten years’ experience as adviser to players within the renewable energy sector. She advises on issues related to hydroelectric power production, district heating, grid development and wind power, especially related to regulatory issues and constraints, contractual matters, concession issues, establishment and development of power production, energy related transactions, acquisition of waterfall and land rights, government requirements and appraisement. She has extensive experience with complex energy transactions, especially within hydro power and wind power, as adviser to both seller side and buyer side.
