Andreas Rostveit

Partner Andreas Rostveit is among Norway’s most experienced construction and infrastructure lawyers, with extensive prior experience from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and as department head of the construction department at another Norwegian law firm. At Haavind, Rostveit has continued to be among Norway’s most respected lawyers in construction law, litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience and special expertise in project follow-up, negotiations and dispute resolution. He has pleaded an exceptionally large number of construction and infrastructure cases, including several of the largest onshore conflicts in Norway, among which is the single largest onshore construction litigation in Norway to date.
