
Kari Sigurdsen
Kari Sigurdsen has more than 15 years of experience within litigation and dispute resolution, including five years at the Office of the Attorney General for Civil Affairs. She has pleaded a significant number of cases before Norwegian courts, including cases before the Norwegian Supreme Court. In 2019 she was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court. She also has experience with ad hoc arbitration under the Norwegian Arbitration Act. Sigurdsen handles complex disputes and mediations for some of Norway’s leading companies within a wide range of topics within business law, including contract law, company law, tort law and employment law.
