Marija Gligorević is a partner in the Employment department at BDK Advokati AOD in Serbia, advising on a wide spectrum of employment law matters including hiring arrangements, work organization, sensitive terminations and mass redundancies, as well as labour law compliance such as non-discrimination, anti-mobbing and whistleblowing. She graduated from the law school of the University of Belgrade, is currently pursuing an LL.M. in labour law, and participates in the American Chamber of Commerce’s and the Foreign Investors Council’s HR committees.
