Andrew Zammit is Managing Partner at GVZH Advocates, where he leads the firm’s corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and banking & finance practice and is actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, financial services licensing with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and asset-financing transactions. He is particularly active in the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) sector and fintech—having pioneered licensing of fintech operators in Malta—and has led significant corporate transactions including the sale of Malta’s largest quad telecoms player and several online gaming operators; he is a Council Member of the Institute for Financial Services Practitioners.
