Michael Borg Costanzi is Of Counsel at Mamo TCV Advocates with over three decades of experience in banking law. He spent 35 years at Bank of Valletta (joining in 1980), where he headed the legal office from 2001, served as Chief Officer responsible for the Legal Office, Company Secretary, Customer Issues and Compliance Units from 2008, sat on the Executive, Compliance and Risk committees, lectured on banking law (2000–2009), retired from the bank in April 2015 and joined Mamo TCV in August 2015; he also serves as a non-executive director on several local company boards.
