Peter O’Reilly

Peter specialises in property finance transactions and has extensive experience acting for financial institutions and alternative lenders in secured lending transactions including development finance and commercial property finance. Peter also advises corporate and high network clients on property aspects of secured lending transactions. Peter advises financial institutions on loan restructures and enforcement and works closely with receivers and other service providers in the realisation of secured assets. Peter also acts for corporate and investor clients in a wide variety of commercial property and property development transactions.
