Øyvind Bjørnstad

Øyvind Bjørnstad is a partner at Ræder Bing and heads the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings, debt negotiations and enforcement, and plays a central role in several of the firm’s largest and most complex insolvency matters. He regularly acts as trustee and advisor in complex bankruptcy estates and restructuring processes, and has particular expertise in creditor-driven processes, securing and enforcing claims, and insolvency-related disputes. Øyvind brings valuable public sector experience from the Norwegian Tax Administration and the Enforcement Office (Namsfogden) in Oslo, where he worked extensively with debt recovery, enforcement and insolvency-related matters. This provides him with a strong practical understanding of regulatory processes and interactions with public authorities.
