Carl Garmann Clausen is a partner in Ræder’s Corporate / M&A team He is admitted to the Bar both in Norway and in the State of New York, USA. A considerable part of Carl’s work is internationally focused (cross-border M&A transactions) but his expertise also includes domestic corporate and securities law. Carl regularly handles complex contracts in accordance with English/American standards, assignments relating to M&A, stock exchange and securities, as well as banking and finance issues. On the strength of Carl’s admission to the New York Bar, Ræder has been appointed sponsor on the OTC QX, the premium market on OTC Markets in New York City. He represents various technology companies, also in respect of their vendor and customer contracts. He has extensive experience with sale and purchase of technology businesses, both asset sales and stock sales.
